| NO SMOKING OR CHEWING TOBACCO while in contact with our players
at games or practices!! This includes all managers, coaches,
board members, team parents, and umpires. Wear "the patch" or chew
gum if you must, but these are Little League rules. Richard E. and/or Jeff E. will
personally address any reported instances of these infractions. You'll
need to at least temporarily put aside your relationship with tobacco long
enough to do your duty as per your role in CAA while being around our players.
Please remember that our players look up to us as role models, and often
emulate our behaviors. |

| Please be courteous enough to let the other managers of teams who use
your field know whenever you reschedule a game !! |
Please be sure to legibly complete your "2010 LL
Volunteer Application Forms" (for all specified volunteers) and get them
to your designated CAA clearance person ASAP -- please do the same for your coaches & regular parent
helpers as soon as you know who they are. YOU MUST HAVE CLEARANCES
PRIOR TO STARTING YOUR PRACTICES. For 2010, you will need to have CAA use ChoicePoint (formerly rapsheets.com) to do the screening (no charge to you); as of 2007 you can no longer use the PA State Police clearances -- they are insufficient as they do not include a national-based sex-offender registry. Simply submit your completed (legible & complete !!) 2009 Volunteer Form, which will include
all necessary information for that person's screening. Any questions
or concerns, please contact Jeff Edelmann who is your designated CAA clearance person.

Volunteer Forms and Clearances.
Yes.....you must include you social security number -- there are no exceptions as per Little League rules. No....you will not need to provide a photo ID. |
